- To avoid additional fees, Watts Up Media requires homes / properties are clean and prepared before

arrival, this can include:

- All landscape areas need to be completed

- moving all vehicles

- hiding personal items

- cleaning countertops ect.

- No other contractors should be on premises when Watts Up Media arrives to shoot.

- Please let us know any specific shots / amenities you or the home owner, may need before arrival of

shooting photography to avoid any additional fees for a reshoot.

- For any video content, Watts Up Media allows 1 free revision / edit after viewing the edited product.

- Allow 24hrs / next morning for photos to be delivered. Videos 3-5 days depending on the project.
